Seremban: Policeman Found Dead In R&R Toilet, Body Sent For Post-Mortem

Seremban, Malaysia: A policeman was found dead in an R&R toilet along a highway near Seremban on Thursday evening, reports said.

According to Abdul Malik Hasim, the Nilai district police chief, a local reported the incident to the police at 5.45pm.

“Initial investigations revealed that the 25-year-old man was married. His body was found against a metal pole above a partition in the toilet. He was a police personnel serving in the Kuala Lumpur contingent,” he said in a statement on Friday.

“The Forensic Division of the Negri Sembilan Criminal Investigation Department assisted in the investigation at the scene and found no signs of injury on the victim’s body,” he added.

Further, Abdul Malik Hasim said that police have classified the case as sudden death and his body was sent for post-mortem to Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital.

He made an appeal to the public to inform the police if they find any details and advised against making speculations related to the case to avoid disruptions in the investigation.
