BTS Made History At The 2024 IHeartRadio Music Awards In Between Their Military Service.

The biggest K-pop sensation, BTS, has won five trophies at iHeartRadio 2024. It is a music award show that celebrates music heard throughout the year. It was reported by the Yonhap news agency that all the BTS members are serving in the South Korean military.

Recently, the iHeartRadio Music Award took place in Los Angeles. Regardless of being absent from the public’s eye, the band is grabbing all the attention from the world with their amazing talent and great hard work.

The members have won top honors at the iHeartRadio Music Awards. BTS members V, aka Kim Taehyung, Jhope, and Jungkook, scooped up big awards.

Jungkook Wins Best Music Video And K-pop Artist Of The Year At The IHeartRadio Music Awards 2024.

Despite being a BTS member, Jungkook is indeed a successful soloist now. He took two prizes home with him. He grabbed the Best Music Video title for Seven, which is one of the leading singles from his official solo debut album, Golden.

Jungkook became the first Asian artist to win this prize; he’s also the first-ever artist to open the winning run for the newly recognized category, K-Pop Artist of the Year.

J-Hope Wins Favorite On Screen

Another BTS member, Jung Hoseok, aka J-Hope, is the first artist to win the trophy by becoming a favourite on screen. He was nominated for this award because of his documentary production, Jack in the Box. He competed against seven other artists, including Beyonce and Taylor Swift, on the list.

V, aka Kim Taehyung, Clinches Her Favourite Debut Album

Last but not least, BTS member V, aka Kim Taehyung, was honoured with the favourite debut prize for “Layover,” which was released last year.

As the first music act in history to land this prize, he overcame vigorous competition from his bandmate Jungkook. He was also up against other Western artists debut studio albums: Chloe Bailey, Megan Moroney, Lauren Spencer-Smith, Raye, Bailey Zimmerman, Renee Rapp, and Tyler Hubbard.
