On June 22, in Manila, Philippines, Lovely Runner’s Byeon Woo Seok had his much awaited fan meetup, SUMMER LETTER. He relished acting out classic Lovely Runner moments with his admirers and was brought to tears by the outpouring of love and support he received for his achievement.

At his continuing fan event SUMMER LETTER in Manila, Byeon Woo Seok dazzled the stage, thrilling his devoted admirers, known as Tongtongs. Amazing performances and meaningful encounters were on display at the New Frontier Theater on June 22. The event was sold out, with tickets selling out quickly due to great demand.
During his fan meetup, Byeon Woo Seok had a great time talking with the fans. He enthralled the audience with his rendition of the well-known OST Sonagi or Sudden Shower from Lovely Runner, a song he performed for Ryu Sun Jae in the series. In addition, he performed additional songs for the crowd, including Loveholic and others.

He responded to the host’s lighthearted inquiries regarding the fruits he had eaten in the Philippines during another entertaining segment. Cheering more broadly, Byeon Woo Seok mentioned watermelon, pineapple, and mango. In a sweet way, he also mentioned that he had eaten a banana. Later, he tried pronouncing it according to the host, and he agreed to try the banana and mango together later as she had suggested.

During the fan meeting, Byeon Woo Seok entertained the audience by acting out famous scenes from Lovely Runner. He jokingly reproduced the beautiful cherry blossom scene where they make a wish together, the one where he surprises Im Sol by tasting her drink and playfully chills her down with both cups. When Byeon Woo Seok created the cherry blossoms to fall around them, fans clapped loudly, emulating the drama’s charming mood.
During the fan meetup, Byeon Woo Seok also broke down in tears, feeling that his health issues stopped him from giving his finest performance. Fans, however, expressed their love and admiration for his dedication and showed him a great deal of support and gratitude. Byeon Woo Seok was moved to tears by their heartfelt video, which they had made to show their unwavering love for him. Tears filled his eyes upon witnessing this sincere project from his Manila supporters.

A sizable contingent of admirers was waiting for Byeon Woo Seok outside after the concert. Even after leaving the arena, he made sure to wave and say hello to his supporters as a way of thanking them for their support.
