The first day of the 2024 fan meetup HYE-PPINESS was hosted by actress Kim Hye Yoon on July 13 in Seoul at the Grand Auditorium of Sungshin Women’s University Woonjung Green Campus Hall.
She entertained the crowd with performances and staged scenes from her K-dramas during the event in addition to answering questions from the audience. Throughout the ceremony, her beauty and charisma captured the fans.
Kim Hye Yoon Shows Off Her Dancing Abilities
Kim Hye Yoon dazzled the audience with her dance routines to hits including “Supernova” by Aespa and “How Sweet” by NewJeans.
Fans were amazed by her dancing abilities as she performed the most difficult solo movements while sporting a fashionable crop top and jeans for How Sweet.

Kim Hye Yoon kept the crowd enthralled with her dancing to Gee, the famous bubblegum pop hit by Girls’ Generation. She was particularly attached to this song because she had sung it as Im Sol in her most recent K-drama, Lovely Runner, and it was a part of a really poignant sequence where she was punished at camp.
In addition, Kim Hye Yoon related a story about her Lovely Runner role as Sol, stating that the director first thought Sol wasn’t a good dancer. Playfully, she said, “How can I not?” Supporters applaud her for showing a side of Sol that the character was unable to convey, viewing her deft dancing performance as a kind of atonement for Sol’s persona. She also thrilled her audience with renditions of the hit song Loveable and the newest craze, Tiramisu Cake.
She even showed her dedication to giving her finest performance during the fan meetup by showing a behind-the-scenes video of her practicing every dance. Fans were grateful for her commitment and diligence.
Along with recreating iconic lines and moments from her most recent K-drama, Lovely Runner, she also portrayed her favorite line from Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok) to Im Sol. Fans enjoyed nostalgic moments such as the well-known “Sun Jae-yaa.” In addition, Kim Hye Yoon delighted her fans by reprising sequences from her previous K-dramas, including Extraordinary You, in which she played Eun Dan Oh, and Secret Royal Inspector Joy.
