KUALA LUMPUR: All he wanted to do was talk to women, but the approach of Tan Jun Hao, 31, quickly landed him in trouble with Singaporean authorities.
A Straits Times report said that Tan soiled women’s clothes with a mixture of his urine and flour so he could get a chance to talk to them.
On April 9, around 8:30 pm, he followed a 26-year-old woman as she walked up an escalator from the Nicoll Highway MRT station.
He then squirted the mixture, which he had kept in a small plastic bottle, onto the dress of the woman as she crossed an overhead bridge.
The woman first thought it was bird droppings because had a foul smell. But when she tried to clean it with a tissue, the stain grew larger. However, Tan walked past her instead of stopping to talk to her.

However, court documents do not indicate how authorities nabbed him.
Yap Jia Jun, the Deputy Public Prosecutor, said Tan planned to squirt the mixture on the clothes of young women, especially those wearing dark clothing, to alert them that their clothes were dirty.
In this way, he hoped to get an opportunity to talk to them. He admitted to doing this to two other unsuspecting victims previously.
