Sultan of Pahang Encourages Continued Good Deeds Post Ramadan

The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, today asked the people of Pahang to continue performing prayers, good deeds and charitable activities. He stressed the importance of sustaining acts of kindness, prayers, and charitable endeavours beyond the holy month of Ramadan. He decreed that the spiritual practices, generosity and exercising self-control in the holy month of Ramadan should continue throughout the year.

Call to Continued Virtue

During an event marking Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Sultan Abdullah urged Muslims, especially those in Pahang, to maintain their devotion by upholding prayers, engaging in good deeds, and supporting charitable causes. “Let’s come together and continue the good deeds performed throughout the month of Ramadan like praying, fasting, going to the mosque, especially at dawn and reciting the Al-Quran. I also remind myself and my family to carry out the religious duties,” he said.

Leadership’s Commitment

At the Hari Raya Aidilfitri event, Sultan of Pahang was accompanied by esteemed members of the royal family, including Tengku Ampuan Pahang Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah and Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.
