Jin of BTS to Star in First Variety Show Since Returning from Military Service

After being discharged from the military, Jin, also known as Kim Seok-jin, a member of the well-known K-pop group BTS, is scheduled to make his first appearance on a variety program.

Fans have been waiting impatiently for him to return to the spotlight, so this is fantastic news. The MBC variety show “Relax and Rest,” which was taped on a secluded island without any residents, will air Jin’s episode.

“Relax and Rest”

A reality show called “Relax and Rest” is a spin-off of the well-liked show “If You Fight, It’s Over.” The ‘Village Chief,’ Ahn Jung-hwan, is in charge of the program; he was the host of the first one.

Ahn undertakes the challenge of remodeling an abandoned home on a remote island in this new series. The objective is to deliver a ‘0.5-star island check-in’ experience, meaning that guests will receive excellent service in an environment with few amenities.

The goal of the program is to offer viewers a glimpse of a tranquil, natural setting apart from the hectic pace of the metropolis. Even though the island doesn’t have electricity or running water, Ahn and his foreign workers nevertheless make an effort to provide excellent service.

Jin’s Return 

With this special presentation, Jin, who was released from the military on June 12, will re-establish contact with his followers. Watchers are eager to see how Jin, with his charisma and skill, will enhance this brand-new outdoor reality series.

Jin made appearances on a number of variety shows until he enlisted in the military at the end of 2022, including “The Running Man,” “My Little Old Boy,” and “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.”

Jin’s Schedule 

Jin has been quite busy with a variety of things since his return. On June 30, he stated on the fan community website Weverse that he is working on plans he had while in the military as well as recording and filming variety programs.

He gave them his word that he will continue to prioritize his primary career while making frequent appearances. On June 13, Jin took part in BTS’s 11th anniversary celebration, “2024 BTS FESTA,” which was his first official engagement following his dismissal.
