The penthouse’s estimated sale price, according to the real estate sector, is around 12 billion KRW, or $8.6 million USD.

J-Hope has previously acquired luxury real estate. In the past, he purchased two luxurious residences in Seoul’s Seongsu-dong and Seongdong-gu neighbourhoods at Trimage.
