Lee Seung Hyub, who is the leader of N.Flying and the actor in the drama “Lovely Runner,” recently discussed his experiences on set in an interview.
He shared his journey from music to acting, explaining the difficulties and delights he experienced while playing Baek in Hyuk. He was anxious from the start, venturing onto the set of “Lovely Runner,” a k-drama cherished for its genuine story and characters.
He explained how different it felt to go from leading N.Flying, with its vigorous music exhibitions, to the universe of acting.
Lee Seung Hyub Talks About His Group, N.Flying
The interview began with a tomfoolery question about which group he would pick in the event if he could return to his debut days. He said, “Between N. Flying and Eclipse? I would choose the N-Flying members. Eclipse are such superstars.”
When he was asked if N.Flying members watched his character, he said, “I’m usually more serious than In Hyuk, so the members teased me after seeing my character in the drama. We watched the show together and shared screenshots in our group chat.”
Celebrating his 9th debut anniversary this year, he remembered his initial days with N.Flying through his role as Baek In Hyuk. He said, “Seeing Eclipse on radio for the first and second episodes reminded me of our early years with N.Flying. It brought back memories of our youthful selves. We always prioritize our fans with a rookie mindset in everything we do.”
He concluded, “As N.Flying, we’ll keep dropping albums and aim to meet our N.Fias (fandom name) around the globe. Soon, our members will finish their military service. As an actor, I aim to showcase my growth. Ultimately, I hope to be a cool actor and keep making music with N. Flying until I’m 80.”

Lee Seung Hyub discussed his role in the upcoming TVN k-drama “Love Next Door.” He teases everyone by stating that there may be scenes where he’s not wearing a shirt since his character is a fitness trainer.
He joked that he hasn’t begun a strict diet yet for those scenes by saying, “I play a fitness trainer, so there could be some shirtless scenes. I haven’t started managing a diet meal plan yet.”
