Even though, the letter was heartwarming and cleared out the major decision of Rosé to join “THE BLACK LABEL”, some netizens felt that one part of the letter indirectly criticized her former company, YG Entertainment.

In the post, Rosé explained, “As you all know, I have come from a place where more things have been done for me over doing things on my own.”

Many fans speculated that Rosé was shading the management at YG Entertainment in her recent post, for not granting her the freedom she desired in her career.

Fans’ Concerns For Rosé

Earlier this month, none of the BLACKPINK members decided to renew their contracts with YG Entertainment for solo activities. While other members promptly disclosed their future goals, including establishing their own companies, but Rosé’s plans remained unclear aside from teasing projects.

Many people expect that THE BLACK LABEL will give Rosé greater independence and success, which she truly deserves.
