Following the conclusion of the FESTA 2024 celebrations on June 15, BTS’ RM delighted ARMYs by releasing a new group photo with all seven members, including Jin and SUGA. The photograph caught a rare and treasured moment that struck a deep chord with ARMY members around the world.
His emotional remark, “Don’t forget us,” drove ARMY into a frenzy, reinforcing the group’s unbreakable bond. The image, which featured the famous lineup of RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook, struck a deep chord with fans all over the world, who have been following their individual and collective journeys with great interest.
The FESTA celebrations, which are an annual ritual for BTS and their fans, were especially meaningful this year, after Jin’s discharge from the military. RM’s statement struck a chord, reminding ARMY of the unbreakable bond between its members and the ARMYs.

On June 12, BTS held a euphoric reunion as Jin finished his military service rejoining the members. RM added to the atmosphere by performing BTS’ single Dynamite on saxophone. Jin kept his promise to ARMY and returned to fans the next day at FESTA 2024 live and a poignant free hug event, commemorating the group’s 11th debut anniversary with unforgettable events.
Meanwhile, the other BTS members continue to serve in the military; J-Hope, an assistant drill instructor, is scheduled to be discharged in October, and V patrols with South Korea’s Special Defense Team. RM, Jimin, and Jungkook are all equally committed to their roles, with RM playing in a military band and Jimin and Jungkook handling companionship and cooking tasks, respectively. With SUGA working as a social worker, BTS remains unified in spirit, with plans to reconvene in June 2025 after military service.
